I, Dr. Tusharkanti Bera, s/o Late Bhutanath Bera, Vill-Garhbari, P.O.-Nazir Bazar, Dist.-Purba Medinipur (West Bengal) am the Secretary of VTIPES’s Kadambini Women’s College of Education, hereby solemnly undertake the followings:

• That ours Kadambini Women’s College of Education is maintaining and updating all the facilities as per NCTE Regulation 2014 from time to time.
• That due 1st, 2nd, and 3rd waves of Covid-19 and Covid (Omicron) pandemic situation in our country, although the Online Classes were organized systematically, the College was locked-down since long.
• That due to this pandemic situation, students’ did not pay fees and as ours is a private / Self-financed institution, our management has decided to continue the staff (both administrative and faculty) salaries. Therefore, our institute runs with paucity of funds.
•  That such a situation, addition of new facilities has been restricted.

I, further, declare that we have repaired and maintained the existed facilities, however some additional facilities (viz., purchasing new books / journals, new sanitary disposal machines, common UPS system for administrative section, water filter, computers etc.) are required and to be added, whenever the College activities start in full swing.
